Feb. 4, 1948 - Aug. 21, 2016 Stella Mae Marks, a resident of Mobile, AL, departed this life for her eternal home on Sunday, August 21, 2016. She retired from the University Of South Alabama Children's and Women's Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Mary Marks, Sr. She leaves to cherish her memories three devoted daughters, Elaine Marks (Kenneth Davis), Amino Marks, and Ashley Marks-McCants, all of Mobile, AL; twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren; seven sisters; three brothers; seven god-children; and other relatives and countless friends. Her remains will lie in state on Friday, August 26, 2016, from 1-8pm at Small's Mortuary, Mobile. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 9am until the 11am Celebration Of Life funeral hour at The Church Of God Pentecostal, Inc., 818 Telegraph Road, Prichard, AL.
