Not sure what to say?

I would like to extend my sincere and deepest sympathy to the family. I knew Stephanie when she volunteerd at Providence Medical Center. Stephanie was a warm, intelliegent and beautiful young lady with a lot of ambition. Her character of caring and enjoying people were an indication of how she would have like to be treated and it carried through so well in her volunteer work at Providence Medical Center.

I heard of your loss through employees at my work. I knew stephanie for a short time when I went to Sumner and I have a mental picture of her smiling. There is always something you remember about people when you meet them and hers is definitely her smile. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. She was a very sweet and kind person.

I just want to express my deepest sympathy to your family. I had the wonderful fortune to meet Stephanie through forensics (I am an assistant coach at another school). I always looked forward to seeing her smile and hearing whatever story she had to share that week. Many times during her senior year I considered her one of my own students. She will be deeply missed, but I am confident she continues to be a strong force in all of our lives as that beautiful smile looks down on us from heaven....

Even though i never spent time with Stephanie, as a role model at school, she was a great inspiration. She was one of those people who you could just look at and know that everything she worked for was well earned. I send my deepest sympathies to Richard and the family. She is already greatly missed. <3

To Stepanie's father, Glen Hoyt, may your heart not be troubled. May you know that there is a reason for everything but we may not have the answers right away. I'm terribly sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter. God bless you.

There are no words that I could possible say to the Hoyt family that they haven't already heard or know of. But I loved Stephanie just as much as anyone else and there is no changing that even though she is gone, and I know that she still loves us too.

I can't believe Stephanie is gone. I didn't know her very well, but during my 8th grade year, she made a huge impact on me. She was so smart and so talented, she could have done anything she wanted. It's crazy how the world works. My prayers go out to her family and friends.

Only the good die young.

I work with Stephanie's father, Glen Hoyt. He talked about both of his children with great pride. He was very proud that Stephanie was going to college and had a goal in life. My prayers are with Glen and his family during the most tagic time in their lives. God has a purpose for everything. We may not be able to understand it here and now. I believe that God does not give you more than you can handle. Trust in the Lord and He will get you though this dark time.

I was Stephanie's art teacher at Stony Point South. She was a joy to have in class. Lately, everytime I visited Cracker Barrel, Stephanie would come over with her beautiful smile and spread more joy. I am so proud of what she accomplished during her short time here on earth. I imagine that she and Mr. Whittington, (my husband, Tim, who died in a car accident almost 2 years ago) are having a glorious time together in heaven. Some people reach perfection sooner than the rest of us. All my love...
