McDougal, Stephanie Eubanks 74 Oct. 28, 1941 Aug. 29, 2016 A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Oct. 22, 2016, at St. James Santiago Episcopal Church, Lincoln City, Ore. An informal gathering of friends will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Community Music Center, 3350 SE Francis, in Portland, Ore. Stephanie was a devoted cellist in the Oregon Symphony for 38 years.
