Not sure what to say?

Steph,

I think about you every day since this tragedy happened. I knew you well when we were younger, and all I can think of is how you were a good friend to me when I needed you. Although we have not spoken much in the past few years, I want you to know that I was terribly heartbroken by your passing. I cannot even imagine it to be true to this day. I know you are resting peacefully because you were a peaceful person. I know you are remembered in life as a genuinely amazing...

Although we do not know each other and I did not know Stephanie,as a parent I wanted to offer my sincere condolences. Losing a child at any age is one of life's great tragedies. As a frequent climber at the Gunks, I wanted to reach out to Stephanie's family and express my most sincere hope that the beauty and joy she brought into your life is her defining memory.

So sorry for this awful tragedy. I hope you can find peace and know that she was needed in Heaven for some special thing.

I am so sorry for the loss of Stephanie. I hope the love from family and friends comfort you during this impossibly difficult time.

Our deepest sympathy to you and your family.

So deeply sorry for your loss :(. No one deserves to die this young

I heard of your loss through two friends who knew Stephanie and your family very well. My daughter just chose to attend Delaware in the fall. The tragic loss of someone so young is truly hard to come to grips with. I feel for you Jeff and Elana and your two other children. I have read about Stephanie and she sounded like a wonderful young woman. I can only assume from what I read and what I've heard from friends that you and your family are very special. My prayers are with all of you and...

Jeff & Elana,
We just learned of your tragic loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
