Stephanie Randles passed away April 30, 2011. Leaves behind 3 boys, Randy Waller, Ryan Lowe, and Robert Lowe; a brother, Jeremy Garner; and one granddaughter, Bailey Lowe. Cremation is in order. She was loved and will be missed very much.
