The angel he is....

Julie, It's coming up on a year my thoughts are on you more than ever! Feel my love and hugs know that we are all here for you. Let us know how we can help. Please reach out. Pleeeaasse... now do you feel it??

I am so sorry to hear of Stevie's passing. Thanks to Jim for emailing me with the news. Though I searched for this site, I must have been too early. So, I'm very late, but you all have been in my thoughts for a while now. Julie, I'm hoping that you remember all the good times and someday you are able to smile. Stevie was such a special person. Godspeed.

Our deepest condolences to Steve's wife, Julie and family. We became aware of Steve's passing this morning from a mutual friend. We have many happy memories of sailing 30+ years ago....when Steve had a full-long black beard! We also received much of his assistance at the Cannonsburg Ski Shop!
As we are unable to attend his memorial on Feb 10th, please keep us informed of his life celebration to take place at White Lake this summer, for we now live in Whitehall.

Our Thoughts...

Hi Julie, our hearts are out to you, and our thoughts and prayers that the pleasant memories carry you forward. Steve was always a pure gentleman and I always respected his approach to life as a student, who studied hard. Peace be with you.

Dear Julie, Susanne and Brooks,

I was saddened to learn of the untimely death of your loved one and my friend,
Steve.

My son, Alan, Paladin Industries, Grand Rapids, notified me by e-mail about his passing. I was glad he told me, as I have been wintering in
Naples, FL for the past 12 years. I lost my beloved George Dec. 3, 2009.

My condolences to each of you and the extended family. It was a privilege to know such a talented, personable...

I only had occasion to meet you a handful of times, but being in the same industry, people would always ask me if I was related to you. You always treated everyone like family. My sympathies to Julie and family. - Alan Applegate

I have been blessed to have gotten to know Steve and Julie through my sister Nancy Hart and my life was truly enriched with their friendship, to say nothing of fabulous food and wine. Steve has a beautiful spirit that will live in this world forever through the many lives that he touched. My deepest sympathies to Julie and all the family as you deal with this change in your life.
