My heart truly goes out to all of you - Shirely, Ray, Janis, Alayne, Adam, Aaron and Andrew and all of Steve's extended family. It is with a tremendous amount of sadness that I heard of Steve's passing but I know in my heart that he is with God.

I just found out about Steve's death, and I am deeply sad. My heart feels so so heavy with this sad news. I am so sorry. My prayers are with you.

Steve loved our family history and several years ago started a family website. Its been isolated of late.

I decided to log on today and found a note he left me in January of 2006. It was unopened and today was my first reading. He was sending condolences on the death of my stepfather and it said, in part....

We spent a lot of time with Steve while he was here in West Palm Beach. He brought several people into our church. Steve had a great ability to pull up many stories he had learned growing up in the church. He spoke here several times. We are praying for all the loved ones her left behing.

I spent considerable time with Steve during his time at the West Palm Beach Congregation and it is with great sadness in hearing about Steve’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time of mourning.
