My daughter and I were both patients of Dr. Birch and my husband was a colleague of his.
Steve was a wonderful man, personally and professionally. He was a most kind and considerate doctor and a wonderfully caring person.
We will miss him on so many levels.
Our hearts go out to you and yours, to his home and office families both.
We can truly say in so many ways he will be missed.
