Word cannot express the sorrow that you are feeling I have not kept in touch with the Cathy these years,but will always think of her as a friend from high school and then college. Another good family member has passed, a true patriarch to all as was his dad. Steve was a true man's man, a native Texan where a strong handshake was a contract that was honered for life. He will be so sorely missed by all who knew him, Rest in peace Sir.

Our love and prayers are with this family that have been Kemah neighbors for a long while. I especially enjoyed his sense of humor.

It is with many fond memories that I recall all of the fun times with the Bowen "kids" - my cousins. May Steve's light continue to shine upon his family and his legacy last forever. Thinking of the extended Bowen family at this time of sorrow.
