Stephen Briscoe

Briscoe, Stephen 58 of Phoenix native, passed away on May 29, 2012. Steve attended Papago Elementary School and graduated from East High School. Steve joined the Marine Corp. in 1971, assigned to bases in Hawaii and Louisiana before returning home. No services will be held.
