Not sure what to say?

We were best friends at Univ. of Arizona from 1969-1974 - I was the Composer, he was the pianist - he played my Romance at my master's recital. This all assumes I have the right Steve Burg. My last contact with him was when he was with Van Cliburn competition some years ago. I have a short 8mm video of him in my trailer I took in 1972 (attached two screenshots from that short video footage). So sorry we didn't connect one more time between then and 2016. I really miss him. We went through a...

Condolences to the family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Kathleen Hughes, Salpointe Class of '67

I knew Steve for over twenty years. We both, at one time, rode Softail Customs. We both worked for the same employer and in the same facility. Only thing I can add is that to say Steve had an "immense talent in classical piano" is an understatement. If I remember correctly, Steve was good enough to enter and perform in the Van Cliburn International Competition, when he was a teenager. THAT is near-world-class.

Hope he went pain-free and my condolences to his loved ones.

Mike Tully in 2016

Steve was one of my closest friends in high school (Salpointe). I enjoyed hanging out with him and, on occasion, ditching assemblies. He was a good guy, friendly, smart, warm, thoughtful, and helped me stay sane. Sounds like he contributed more than he took -- not a bad legacy. My sympathy to his family and other loved ones.

Dear family thoughts of sympathy are with you today. Number 6:24-26.
