My sincere condolences to the Cali family. I had the pleasure of working with Steve in 1975 installing carpeting. He was an incredibly hard working individual, a great mentor and a good hearted friend. May you take comfort in knowing he made an impact on many people.

I have known Steve since kindergarten at sacred hearts, through south catholic. I rode motorcycles with him briefly(he was way better). Always a good guy, a regular Mr fixit. When excited it was funny to see him channeling Lou Costello, but he was totally unaware he was doing so. Reconnected with him in last 3 years in Largo, same Steve. My condolences to his family. Louie, Gracie and Steves family, my deepest sympathy in your loss. I have some funny and happy memories of growing up upstairs and of Stevie and the whole family. My thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

When friends die, it's sad. When life-long, grew-up-together friends pass, the sadness is deeper but the memories are even more special. I have a lifetime of memories of Stevie, and I will always smile when I remember him.

To Steves Family. Im so sorry for your loss. Steve and I went to high school together. We hung out throughout school. He made sure he kept us all laughing . He was one special guy.
