Not sure what to say?

To the family of Dr. Camp,
We are so sorry for your loss. We have brought our dogs to Dr. Camp since the early 80's. His compassion and expertise was second to none. He was more than a veterinarian to us, but a true friend. We are thankful for his care and attention to our pets. I am also grateful that we had an opportunity to play a round of golf, having such a great time on the course, that the game itself was second to the laughs we had.

Our condolences.

We started bringing our dogs to Dr. Camp since 1980. He was a wonderful, caring and dedicated man and doctor. I was so sorry when he cut back his days at the office. I always trusted his opinion on the care of our animals. He will surely be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Our condolences to your family, Dr. Camp was the only vet that my mother would ever take our pets to for top notch care. Long time patients of Arlington Animal Hospital since the 70's he was a gift to creatures big and small who were blessed to be in his care. Thoughts and prayers for your family

It is sad that he left us so soon. He was a good man with a big heart.

Such a heavy heart has by all who had the honor, privilege, opportunity, to know Dr. Camp, personally and professionally.
Such a devoted and loving family man, and just as devoted to his patients , his colleagues and their families.
Compassionate, generous, genuine ,old school, are just a few words from a very lengthy list to describe, the man, the husband, the father, the friend, the doctor, most of all, the human being!
that quietly has left an imprint of himself in our...

As a Kennel Tech in 1978, I remember Dr. Camp saw me playing with a large German Shepherd in the kennel that had been abandoned and adopted by the AH Animal Hospital. He saw that we were a perfect match and said "You want her? You can have her. Just take her home and let us use that big kennel for boarding.". To this day, my dog Ruby Begonia is still one of the best things that ever happened to me. Dr. Camp was there at the end too, when Ruby was very sick in 1990. I will always treasure...

So very sorry to hear this. I started going to Dr. Camp when he first opened the practice. He was kind and compassionate and very gentle with my animals. I still have an article he wrote years ago in response to Jack Mabley's column in the Daily Herald. It was a beautiful example of his passion and dedication to animals.

Dr. Camp always was a God sent to Muffin.....
the two of them will be joined in heaven forever.....thank you for 20 yrs of looking after my best friend....

So sorry to hear about Steve's passing. I played Softball with him on the "Manimals" for many years in the 1990's. He took care of my Dog and Cat at the time and he will dearly be missed.
