Stephen A. Carter

My hearts aches for all those who loved my precious cousin Steve. He was loved by many, and will be greatly missed. He will be remembered as a true man of God, who loved telling people about our saviour. I would loved to have visited him again, but my health and other circumstances prevented that from happening. My condolences to all.
