Not sure what to say?

I lived in Redlands California as a young teenager. Steve was just a year ahead of me and I always liked him. I remember his strong and powerful testimony and fun personality

Stephen Wayne Clausi in 1975

Steve was my companion in the LTM - a fine elder and a fine human being. I learned much from him during our short time together. I was deeply saddened to learn of his passing, far too soon. My deepest condolences go out to his family, friends and loved ones, but like them I rejoice in the sure knowledge that however bitter the separation, there awaits a joyous reunion after which loving ties will never be sundered! May he rest in honored peace.

I was the missionary who had the blessing, the privilege, the opportunity of bringing the gospel to the Bob and Leah Hickok family in Lompoc, CA in 1964. Stephen, even as a small boy, was wise, spiritual, and totally wholesome. His folks through the years have kept me abreast of his life as an engineer, a devoted family man, a righteous Priesthood man who served valiantly in building the Kingdom. I send love and blessings to his wife, children, inlaws, and grandchildren. Stephen H....

Stephan Clausi taught so much to many about service. He was a great example to my sons in the scouting program, and and a great friend. He is truly missed.

My Dad, Stephen Wayne Clausi was the best dad in the world! he was kind, loving, and always cared for others. He was an engineer, scout master, and a man of God. He was my example and best friend. i will miss him so much, but know i will see him again some day! i am grateful that my dad taught me the gospel. His legacy lives on through his eight kids. i know my dad was proud of all of us! My dad will truly be missed by so many! i love you Dad!

Visiting For Catherine's Baby Blessing in July 2008

My Dad was a good man who raised his family the best he could and loved his wife. He was the best father and I will miss him everyday. As his son he taught me as a father should. One of those memories was when I was camping with him in the High Sierra Mountains at Baxster Lake.

We had been fishing or rather I was attempting to fish for a few days with zero success compared to the rest of the scouts in our troop. My Dad tried and tried to get me to fish properly. He was...

Stephen was a true champion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Aside from the fact that he was born and raised in the capital city of the golden state (just like me!), Steve truly lived the principles taught by his savior Jesus Christ. Steve was a disciple because Steve was a servant. He was a living example of a strong and vibrant testimony. Steve's personality and laugh were contageous. His spirit was and will remain indomitable! Take care Steve...until we meet again!!!

I didn't know Steve, but we worked in the same area at work. May his family be comforted with wonderful memories and to know that he believed in the hereafter and is now on a new mission serving the Lord.
