Stephen F. Cook

Died April 13, 2008 Stephen F. Cook, 55, of Harvest died Sunday. Survivors include his wife, Diana; one daughter; three grandchildren; and father and stepmother. A celebration of his life will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in the Madison Bowling Center. Burial will be in Indiana.
