I shared a lot of laughs with Steve and he was always fun to be around. Couldn't have known a nicer guy. Rest in peace.

To Costa famliy, so sorry for your loss stephen was a good friend of mine from around the neighborhood I haven't seen red in a long time and I ran into him a month ago on Passyunk Avenue and when I looked up and saw that it was red it put a smile on my face he always had that effect on people we walked and talked for a while and laugh about stories from back in the day, he will be sadly missed may he look over us from heaven
