Not sure what to say?

My wife Kirsten and I extend our condolences to Mrs. Crane and the family. Steve was always an honorable entleman in our dealings and a pleasure to know through our association that went back the past ten years. We shall miss him greatly.

My condolences goes out to the family on their loss. I was inducted into DePaul's Hall of Fame along side Major Crane this year, 2009 for Track and Field. It was a privilege and an honor to have met him. May he rest in peace!

Please accept my genuine condolences on your loss Marley. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Stephen, your love and devotion to him testifies to a character of integrity, sincerity and warmth.

Steve, Gayle and Chris -

We're really sorry for you and your family's loss. You and everyone in your wonderful family are in our thoughts and prayers.

When I became an Affiliate Member of the Order of Saint Lazarus, General Crane was the first person to welcome me to "the family". He was an outstanding leader, an exemplary humanitarian and lived his life with a generous and compassionate spirit. I consider it a great privilege to have known him. My prayers are with his family during these difficult times.

Unfortunately, Ed & I only had the pleasure of spending one afternoon with Stephen. He was a truly remarkable gentleman who will be sorely missed by Marley and all the family & friends.May he rest in peace.

Sonja and I were profoundly shocked to learn of Gen. Crane's passing. He was a magnificent person and is presence among us will be greatly missed. The Order of St. Lazarus will miss him tremendously.

My husband Bob and I send our sincere condolences to Mrs. Crane and family. We both worked with Steve at Material Service. He was truly an officer and a gentleman.
