Stephen Cullum

Steve was always so kind. I had a few jobs with him and was terribly sad to hear of his passing. I still think of him from time to time. I used to ask him questions about how things worked (mechanically) and he was always so eager and patient to teach me and always had a smile and wave to offer when I would see him at work. My condolences. He was a very bright and pleasant man. Rest in peace Steve.

Stephen will be missed. I did not know him well but he was a real pleasure to work with. I processed several complex plan checks with Stephen and found him to be responsive and well informed. He was always helpful and had a great attitude. The City of Long Beach will have a very hard time finding a replacement.

Steve was a delightful person to be around. You always felt uplifted after having a conversation with him. We enjoyed talking about his love of Long Beach, dating back to his childhood here. He had a great spirit, and will be missed. My sincerest condolences to his family.
