Not sure what to say?

I first met Steve as the a coach at Crescent Hill Athletic Assn. He devoted many hours to helping the girls under his tutelage to become the best team they could become . He was one of those rare coaches with no kids of his own just a desire to help others enjoy a game he loved as well. Later on I saw him help form a group called SOLAC to support Louisville area charities. Our grandchildren will miss one of their uncles at family gatherings for birthdays , and first communions . Rest in...

Karen I'm so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. We will keep you and the family is our thoughts and prayers.

Steve helped me with real estate information in the past and was very nice to me. My prayers will be with his family during this difficult time. May God rest his soul.

Steve will always be with us!

Karen, Dad will probably try reaching out personally in the near future, but we are so sorry for the emptiness you now have. Steve was truly a strong activist for the disabled as well as a great realtor and friend. His smile will be one of the first things we remember.

Karen - I am so sorry to hear about Steve´s death. I am so glad to have known Steve & to have worked alongside him on Pitt Academy´s Board and, of course, the Pitt Bar-B-Q. His dedication and guidance helped ensure Pitt Academy´s existence, and Steve & I are so thankful that Pitt was there when Ben needed it, and that it is thriving and continues to provide for other special needs students. No one gave more time to Pitt than Steve. Steve was a kind, thoughtful gentleman always with a smile....

So sorry to hear about Steve's passing. He was the President of Pitt Academy's School Board when our Daughter was going to Pitt. His dedication to Pitt allowed children like our daughter Beth to graduate at the school. The school thrives now because of his work to keep the school going. We will be praying for the family during this difficult time.

Karen, what a beautiful life Steve lived; he touched so many with his kindness, generosity, and willingness to give his time and talents to the community. You have our sincere condolences.

So sorry to hear this heartbreaking news. Steve has been a friend since the 6th grade. My condolences to Karen, Doug, Stacey & Neil. He will be missed.
