Not sure what to say?

Two whole years since Stephen´s journey ended on this earth. I have often thought about what would Dr DeHorn think about the pandemic we have lived through. He would have had strong opinions about how to survive it, for sure! His journey was short, but intense, so much living crammed into 41 years, was almost a knowing hurry. Rest In Peace dear Stephen, you impacted so many! Hugs, Pam Marshall

It is now a year since Stephen left this earth....but I am sure it still feels like yesterday. I have a wave of sadness come over me whenever I drive by your house. I would have visited many times, but Covid has made everything upside down. Just know that many prayers have been said on your behalf, that you have the stamina to keep putting one foot in front of the other. A loss as enormous as this will never be overcome, at best it will be absorbed, making you a different person, for the...

My thoughts and prayers go out to the DeHorn family. Steve was a wonderful man...he had a kindness and quiet inner strength that was unmatched.

Our hearts and prayers continue to be lifted up for Kathleen & the kids. May the Lord bless you and keep you and give you His peace. Joseph & Babara Fox

Steve was a terrific doctor, a wonderful teacher and a great man. His legacy remains in each of us whom he taught to be better doctors and spread kindness the way he did.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your darling young family, and all others that are feeling this great sorrow. As a former patient of yours from Bassett in Cooperstown, we were deeply saddened to hear the news of your husband's passing.

It's taken me some time to write this. I was struck down by the news of Steve's passing. It breaks my heart to think of how many lives will be dimmer because his light went out. I don't need to tell all of you how great of a guy he was, and nothing I say can bring him back or lessen anyone's pain despite my countless wishes that they could.

Instead, I ask that you think fondly of the undoubtedly countless memories you have of him and his family. Reach out to those with whom you've lost...

Kathleen--Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the kids. May you find strength in the midst of the pain and sorrow, may you find comfort in the depth of your loss, and may you be surrounded with friends and family who love and support you. May the Lord bless you and keep you during this really hard time. >Joseph & Barbara Fox

Steve was a gentle giant, great person, and a loving father and husband. He was also my best football buddy. I will miss his humor, laughter, and intelligence. His loving wife Kate, his kids, and his parents, Kathy and Al, are in our hearts and thoughts at this really difficult time. Steve will be sorely missed by all of us who knew and loved him.
