Drabick, Stephen Stephen Drabick, 92, of Whitehall passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, February 8, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of the late Jeanette K. "Jeanie" (Karabin) Drabick who died May 3, 2009. Born December 29, 1922 in Ormrod, PA, he was the son of the late Daniel and Mary (Maslany) Drabick. Stephen worked for Black & Decker and the former General Electric company. He was a shop steward for many years. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Northampton. Stephen honorably served his country in the United States Air Force during WWII in the South Pacific. Survivors: son, Dr. Stephen J. Drabick and his wife Rae Ann, of South Whitehall; daughter, Natalie L., wife of Harvey "Bud" Ricci, of Quakertown; 6 grandchildren, Timothy, Justin, Jeremy, Gwynne, Alyson and Elysse, 7 great grandchildren, Adam, Danielle, Tyler, Wesley, Lucy, Molly and Everett; sister, Elizabeth Nederostek, of Whitehall; brother, Donald Drabick and his wife Frances, of Whitehall. Services: Funeral Liturgy will be Thursday February 12, 2015 at 10:00 am. in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church 1343 Newport Ave. Northampton. Family and friends may call Wednesday 6 - 8:00 p.m. and Thursday 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home 326 E. 21st St. Northampton. Burial with military honors will follow in St John the Baptist Parish Cemetery. Online condolences may be submitted to www.reichelfuneralhome.com. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to the Church or Peaceable Kingdom c/o funeral home.
