Not sure what to say?

Dear Catherine and family, We remember Stephen from the family weddings at Bunker Hill. He was a true gentleman in every sense. May Stephen´s spirit be restored to his capacity for serenity and joy. May you, his beloved family, rejoice in the belief that Stephen is free from pain and suffering. Charles and Marcia Krause and Family

Steve & Catharine were key members of the Paris Group, begun in the early 90´s, and still going strong. Generally we women meet, but once a year we let the men in. Steve was always the lightest touch on even the direst subjects. He might say something like: ´I like your point; I don´t know that I agree with it, but it´s an interesting point´.

I did not know Stephen but have worked with his wife Catharine for many years. I admire their love, respect, and the way they created a unique and exceptional family. Sending love and comfort during this difficult time.

I am honored to have known Stephen. He was a handsome, intelligent, and interesting ,modest man. He and Catherine shared dinners on the Severn River..picnics at Bunker Hill Farms..and many memories around his lovely family for whom my heart aches. What a fabulous contribution he made !!!! I'll always remember him carving his Kentucky ham..May his family find comfort in their memories of such a fine man.

What a wonderful life! Lots of love and hugs to all the Ectons and O´Reillys.

It was a delight to know Steve, even for the brief period we did. Always smiling, friendly, and pleasant!

Dear Cathy - What a wonderful man you found to marry and for 58 years. May the good memories rise to the surface as you grieve his passing. Prayers of love and condolences to you and your family. CC

Dear Cathy, Thinking of you at this difficult time. With much love, Ann Hall Kaplan (Freiburg)
