Not sure what to say?

U will be missed by so many, We have the best memories of camp outs and BBQs and us running around driving all the adults crazy. We will never forget you and we know you are looking down on us. We love you Steve you da man. Barb, Megan and Kelly we love you and are here if you need anything.

We have known each other for 28 years and I have never met a man who would ever deny his helping hand or the shirt off his back.Once you met him his warmth felt welcoming and his easygoing nature made you feel secure. Family was so important and he loved them so very much.Steve was honest and true and told it like it was when asked. He isn't just was but still is a great friend and will always be a part of my family, through my kids who Steve was a part of their lives, ourselves and the times...

It has been many years since I have seen Mr. Eilbeck. Yet my memories are very clear. He always had a smile on his face.
My best memory is asparagus. It may sound strange. But I had never smelled asparagus before. Every time I went to get something to drink or eat it was there. i thought...... wow. It smells like feet. So, I stopped going. I remember like it was yesterday. He asked me "Jamie, is there a problem". I stood there for a long while. This was man that opened his home to me...

Stevie, what can I say? I miss you so much; seeing you on the dock in your favorite chair, watching the river, Natty Light in hand. Cooking your weiners on the grill, getting our bonfires ready, and I could go on and on. I just miss you! How am I supposed to earn those dollars now? I know you've sailed on into a better life, but it doesn't make it easier for the ones that loved you. My deepest sympathy to the family, Barbara, Kelly, Meghan, and the rest. Love to all of you.

Our heart and prayers are thinking of you Barb and kids. Steve was a great guy. Made us laugh so many times. We'll miss his laugh. We had some good times. Good memories. Please let us know if you need anything.
Love, Chick and Sarah

Taken before one of his many sailing trips

"We never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love."

Thank you Steve, for being an ally and becoming my friend when I needed one the most. For that you will always have a special place in my heart. You were one of a kind ... and will be so greatly missed! Love you my...
