I have known Steve as a member of Gretel and Peter’s family since I became a member of the family marrying Gretel’s sister Janell. Through the years I saw ‘Uncle’ Steve at many of the family holiday gatherings. He was always in high spirits – a pleasure to talk with. Janell was especially fond of Steve and through the years they shared many family stories and laughs together.
