Truly shocked and saddened to learn of Steve's passing. I had the pleasure of serving as his HR Rep at MBank/Bank One and reconnected with him briefly at Bank of Texas. Dear Stephanie and family: Olivia and I were deeply saddened by the news of Steve's passing. He was one of those rare persons whom you instantly like and respect when you first meet. He could bring objectivity, perspective and balance to very difficult situatiions. He always projected great sincerity and warmth in any interaction. To have known Steve was a great gift.
