Not sure what to say?

I'm deeply saddened. I didn't know of Stephen's passing until this morning at 2:00 AM, when I typed his name into my web browser. He came to mind, as he sometimes did, during the wee hours of the morning as I lay restless in bed, uncomfortable from spasms and pain that goes along with Multiple Sclerosis.

I don't know why he came to mind, he just did. When I saw him last, he wasn't well. I vowed to come by and see him. I wasn't able to.

Stephen was bright, witty, funny,...

i cannot believe I missed this in the paper. Steve and I went through 12 years of school together at St Ann's and LaSalle. he was an incredible person and never forgot his friends and classmates. may he rest in peace.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Steve's death whe I attended the 45th reunion of our class at Providence College this past weekend. Steve helped me on several occasions when I was at PC and I'm sorry I never had a chance to thank him after graduation. My deepest condolences to the Famiglietti family.

To all Famiglietti Family,
We just heard yesterday about Stephens passing and we are heart broken. Oh, how much we loved him!
The last thing Stephen said to us was, "thank you for giving me back my faith." So at least we know he is happy in Heaven. I am glad now I told him also, about the dream. The dream that apparently came true.
Stephen was a rare soul. One that didn't go with the crowd. He had integrity and guts. Courage to do the RIGHT thing, no matter what the consequences...

Wow. had a dream about Steven last night he was telling me how he could help me with my case. and we where in a convertible car driving. and he is explaining everything. Woke up this morning to think I could just call him. and just found out he passed last december. I guess this is a sign that some people as so good they go on forever through their work. Hope I remember all of his good ideas.

Susan ,I hope you understand that I would have been in attendance if I had been earlier aware of Steve's passing. I know how long he suffered and how you gave him all your love.and support and reason to live. Steve was my dear friend dating back our days at the blue point. A great attorney a real person loved by all. We are there for you Susan in the years ahead. God bless , Jim oneil

Dear Sue--My sincere condolences to you and the family on Steve's passing. He was a great lawyer, and most of all great person. I knew him from back in the days when I was an intern at the Attorney general's office, and I always appreciated his friendship and kindness. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. Love, Billy

My sincere sympathy to Susan and the Famiglietti Family. Stephen was a great attorney and advocate for justice as well as a kind and wonderful human being. He will be missed greatly by the Rhode Island legal community.
