Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Finestone and Family, I think about Dr. Finestone often. I will ALWAYS remember how he supported his CRNAs !!!! He was a great mentor and leader... my favorite boss. Trish Ivy CRNA

I was very sad to learn of Stephen's passing. A fine anesthesiologist and superb Head of Department. He was kind and very well-respected among us trainees in the 80s. Vale.

To Eileen and family, our sincere sympathy on the passing of a distinguished and respected colleague. Steve made a difference to our professional lives and touched us all. He will be remembered. Jan and Jeanette Smith :

Dear Finestone family, my deepest sympathy to you. Dr. Finestone made anesthesia school fun and we could all finally understand physics! I remember coming to your home for a party (all students invited) and feeling so warm and welcome! He gave a lot to the world and will be remembered always. Rest in peace. I am one of the 200+ students he saw graduate, class of 1982.

My deepest sympathy to Mrs. Finestone and family. Dr. Finestone was a champion for his CRNA's!!!!! He could calm the atmosphere in a chaotic OR better than anyone. I feel Blessed to have known him and been one of his students.........Trish Ivy

My deepest sympathy, Eileen, to you and your family.
Most sincerely, Arline Schwartz

A wonderful man who influenced many lives. He will be truly missed.

Dear Eileen and Family: I was so sorry to learn of Steve's passing. I have such fond memories of your years living in Forest Hills and all of the tremendous insight and support you both gave me in the early years of Mark's medical journey. Eileen, you taught me the critical three questions: What is it, who is it for and why are you giving it to me? I still use those questions and think of you both when I do. I wish you peace and serenity and know that Steve will remain alive through you...
