Not sure what to say?

A fellow sailor and lawyer ;and a great guy. Did not know he passed. Was looking him up to say hi and find out about his travels and hoped to see him in Mexico
So sorry to hear this news.
This was a class guy!

I just today learned of Steve's sudden passing and wanted to express my heartfelt sympathy and condolences to his family. Steve was one the partners I worked closely with and for when I started my legal career as a newly minted patent attorney. While his guidance related to the "art" of patent lawyering was invaluable, I treasure the shared laughs and camaraderie even more. He is sorely missed. Sincerely, Todd Iverson (Reno, NV)

Steve was a great friend and we will always remember the great times we shared. Our condolences to the Ford family.

Chris, Karen and Hannah Karl

Steve was a very special person in my life. My heart feels ripped apart at losing him. But he will always remain in my heart forever.

DROWNING
Still got your number in my phone
And even though you don't know I listen
I still call and wait 'til the tone
Just to hear you saying, "Leave a message"
Since you've been gone I've had to find
Different ways to grieve
There's days that I don't even want it on my mind
But tonight I'm...

What a shock and what a loss. I'm grateful to have called Steve a friend, and will treasure our many hours pulling ropes together. His intellect, goofy humor and kindness were a joy and a comfort. Sincere condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.

The world is a little less bright without Steve in it. You were a heckava boss and understanding friend who will be missed.

Dear Ford Family- I was shocked and very saddened to learn of Steve's passing. I got to know him in Portland. We were golfing buddies before his passion for the water took over. I truly enjoyed his company. He never said an unkind word about anyone. He will be missed. My deepest sympathies.

I love Steve and all you Fords. Im very sad that hes gone and that you all have to go through this
