Steve,
I will miss your "Yes makes it happen" attitude and everything you did for your employees. This came as such a shock because you seemed forever upbeat. You have always had and will always have my greatest respect.

My deepest sympathy to Steve’s family and those closest to him in his final days. It was a great pleasure to have worked for a man that was so driven and brilliant. He was a kindhearted person who cared for his employees on a professional and personal level. He could always find the good in people when no one else could. He was a great leader and a mentor and always believed “Yes Makes it Happens.” I wish he knew what an impact he made on me the past 9 years, he will be forever missed!

Steve was one of the most incredible people I was blessed to have known. He was one of a kind and will be missed forever. The bar will not be the same. Now you are with Dar my friend, and you both can watch from above and know always we will be thinking of you. Until the day we are all back together again. To many memories and things to type... just know that I will always love you forever and always... Love your FAVORITE bartender.

To Steve's family and friends-
It was almost 30 years ago to the day when I interviewed at TCR. I was 22 years old, long haired and irresponsible, but good with math. Apparently just what Steve was looking for. The next 7 years he was my boss, mentor and more importantly my friend. In the trials and tribulations of a small growing company, he challenged us to go forward and watched our backs.
Several years later he helped me write my resume. He was always willing to be...
