Dear Roz,
Adele & I were saddened to hear of Steve's death as reported in the D.O.. Our deepest sympathy is extended to you and the children. Our many years of associaton & friendship are cherished.

I wish to express my deepest sympathy and condolences to Mrs. Fudell and family. Dr. Fudell played a vital role in my medical education and the education of many other students like myself who rotated through Parkview Hospital from PCOM. Thank you very much for the fond memories. Der Mrs. Fudell and Family, So sorry to her of Steve Fudell's passing was very upsetting for me as I worked with him at Parkview Hospital I did his and Dr. Jordon's billling for ovrer 5 years then went to work for the.xray dept.he would always come to me for a nosh .MAY HIS MEMORY MADE A BLESSING
