A great guy who was taken too soon, and will always be remembered in everybody´s hearts and minds!

I was honored to know Steve. I knew he was a distinguished lawyer in the past. I also knew what a devoted family man he was as well. His face lit up when he saw his lovely wife. I know he is at peace and at rest.

My deepest condolences to Kathe and family for such a loss of a remarkable man. May God provide you peace in your grief through precious memories. God bless all.

Oh Kathe - my heart aches for this loss to you & your precious family. I know there´s no words that will take away the pain & grief but I´ll be praying for all of you. In His love, Debbie Edwards Heinemann

A good guy who was taken too soon!

Although Stephen and I have not seen each other in decades and our banker-lawyer cooperation was relatively short, it was all the more intensive and fruitful, and he is still visually present to me. He successfully taught me some of the intricacies of the NY vs Texas bankruptcy laws of which I, a German banker, had not been aware. He was empathic and very resourceful in his profession. Above all, I found Stephen extremely likable. RIP Steve, Rolf

Dear Kathe, so terribly sorry of your loss of Stephen, this is heart wrenching!

A great guy and a super partner. We had some great times at Shannon Gracey. Rest in peace my friend.
