In my files I have a picture of my father, the late Mayor James J. Donovan and Stephen R. Gregg, at a Veterans Day service in the early 1950's. Men of valor of 2 wars together-I treasure the picture. Our deepest sympathies to the Gregg family from the daughter of a WWII vet and the rest of us at VI Corps Combat Engineers. My dad was my hero and was a member of the 540th Combat Engineers. May Stephen Sr. meet all the other great vets in heaven and receive the peace and honor they deserve.
