Not sure what to say?

Steve and Rachel were close friends of my parents and I always enjoyed being around them. Steve was an original and while he fit in well with all things "Texas ", his background of being raised on the East Coast and his ardent love of travel and flying made him seem quite special to me. He was always friendly and was quick to smile. I know he will be missed by many. My best regards and sincere condolences to Rachel and John and the rest of the family.

Rachel and John, My thoughts and prayers are with you. When I was in my teens and we lived across the street, I always thought Steve was one of the most interesting men in the neighborhood. Teresa Monroe Bowden

Cary, like Walter, I was flooded with memories of trips and talks and a few drinks, and lots of stories. He was a great guy. I hope you are well.

You are in our thoughts and prayers. May God's comfort fill you with peace as you honor your dad tomorrow. Such a good, long life is much to celebrate and be thankful for.

John,

Bruno and I are thinking of you and offer our sincere condolences.

Cary --- What wonderful, fun, and warm memories - the flying out to the National Parks Projects with Steve at the controls - not a care in the world.
Hope all the best for you and your family. Steve was indeed speciial.
Know he will be missed.

Steve will be missed by all who had the opportunity to know him.

Dear Rachel and John, what a wonderrful life and tribute to Steve. I have many fun, family memories with the Gremmels. Especially the Western Hills Inn and diving lessons with John. Swimming in your pool and chasing John and Pat Teagues to make them kiss me! Steve was always a sweetheart to me and I know you will all miss him. Wish I was there. Love, Sally
