Steve and I were friends a very long time ago. And Dr. Gurley helped my aunt out the best he could. I hope your family finds peace. I truly appreciated your family and all you gave to me. I think about Steve all the time. I can only pray we all keep his memory alive.

I've had the pleasure of being Steve's friend. Such a warm, polite, generous and caring friend. Big love for science and had a contagious laugh. Never had anything negative to say, was always looking out for everyone around him. Easily one of the most intelligent humans I've ever been blessed to know. My heart goes out to you and your family in this heart breaking time. So much love to you and to Steve. Rest easy, friend.
