Stephen "Hobbs" R. Habenicht

I am so sorry this is late, but three of us walk daily past your house. We were always greeted with a big smile, a wave and a good morning. For the last few months, he, his white companion and his white truck have been missing. Yesterday, your neighbor told me of the passing. My sympathy to all of you. He always brought a smile to your our face.

I never met his family, but three of us walk past your house every morning. We were ALWAYS greeted with a smile and a wave and often saw his white companion in the white truck. I am sorry this is late, but yesterday I asked a neighbor where he was. I am soooo sorry. We wondered daily when we passed the house... my sympathy to all of you.

I am proud to say that Steve was a colleague-technician and friend of mine. He made us all laugh to get through our pain. I wish I could have done the same for him. He lived life on his own terms and was the life of the party. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten. My condolences to his family. With sincere sympathy, John (Dr. Olds) Gregory & wife Tina.
