Not sure what to say?

To the Hastings Family - Please accept my deepest heartfelt sympathy. Steve was truly one of the nicest people I've ever known. I worked in the same office with him when he started here at Standard Aero. He was a hard worker and a person you could always count on. I will miss him terribly but I also know that he is in God's beautiful garden where he will know nothing but peace and love.

My prayers are with you during this terrible tragedy. I served with Steve while he was attached to AIMD Brunswick back in the late 80's. I have also worked closely with him this past year coordinating services through Standard Aero. He will be sorely missed by myself and the rest of my PAX River Team. Again, our prayers are with you during this most difficult of times. V/R, AMCS(AW) Mike "Tank" Tancredi

Dear Hastings Family,

My heart and thoughts are with you during this incredibly difficult time. I am still in shock over this tragedy and I have not stopped thinking of him and all of you since Steve's passing. I first met Steve in Hawaii over 3 years ago just as he was retiring from his service in the US Navy and then worked closely with him when he started his career with Standard Aero. I will miss Steve and be thinking of all of you often.

Sincerely,
...

My prayers will be with you during this difficult time. Steve played an integral part of the Navy team here at Standard Aero. I was amazed by his technical knowledge but more impressed with his ability to connect to people. The chemistry he had with his team was easy to observe and no matter what issue would come up, he would always have a connection that he had nurtured over time. Steve will be missed here at Standard Aero.

To the Family of Steve Hastings:

Your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers. May God give you the strength to handle this tragic loss. Steve was a co-worker here at Standard Aero, San Antonio and someone I spoke with daily on either work related issues or just a simple "hello" in passing. I had great respect for Steve and his talents and dedication to the Company. He was an integral part of Standard Aero's success with the Navy contract. He will be missed by many here in...

Dear Hastings Family:
You have my heart felt condolences in this difficult time. My prayers go out to all family, friends, loved ones, shipmates and co-workers affected by Steve’s tragic loss. His spirit lives on with us everyday. He will be sorely missed and always remembered by all……

TO STEVE'S FAMILY MY HEART GOES OUT TO YOU. STEVE AND I WERE FRIENDS OVER TWENTY YEARS. I HAD THE GOOD FORTUNE TO HELP HIM ADVANCE EARLY IN HIS MILITARY CAREER AND WAS VERY PROUD OF HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS. I WILL MISS HIM.

To the Hastings family, you have my deepest sympathy in this time of sorrow. Stephen was a good person and I will miss him greatly sitting across from me at work. Rest in Peace.
