Not sure what to say?

Dear Ms. Jane; I happened to attend mass last Sunday at St. Rose and heard mention of a Steve Hopkins passing. Tonight I thought to look it up on line, and saw that indeed,
it was
your Steve. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I remember fondly, traveling to Ireland with you and Steve when we worked at the AF. He was such a kind man. God bless you, Jane. Sincerely, Mel Viers

Steve and his sailing crew

Jane,
Ron and I just heard about Steve. You know the two of you are some of our all time favorite people. We have fond memories of our anniversary outing. I know what a huge hole this will leave in your heart and send our most heartfelt condolences. We would love to get back in touch with you and want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. We send our love to you and your boys.
Marcie and Ron Bramley

Our condolence, Jane, during this time of grievance. No words will assuage your grief of the loss you must feel in Steve's absence.

May it be of comfort to know, his life and loving nature was recognized and appreciated during his time on earth. His warm greetings and sincere smile were a distinguishing hallmark of his character... one we shall all miss.

We hope you shall take comfort in the knowledge that he stands in the presence of his Savior, Jesus Christ while he awaits...

Steve befriended me the first time we met when he was part of the selection committee to hire a new tennis pro at Belmont. He continued his kindness towards myself and my wife Cecilia both on and off the court. Simply said as Steve would want it. He was a TRUE FRIEND and in our world we console over our loss but we all know that Steve went to the very front of the line at the pearly gates. Love you my friend. Greg.

I am so glad that I had the opportunity to know John thru the Perrysburg Rotary Club. John was always a gentleman and brought a smile into my life whenever we passed. I feel lucky to have known him. My condolences to the family. May your wonderful memories help you during this difficult time.

Many fond memories of Steve in UPT.
What a super nice individual and gentleman.

Jane, we have just found out about Steve's passing. We are in shock as you must be. Please know that we are thinking of you and sending prayers for your comfort. Steve was such a special guy whom we loved. Please give our condelences to Tobin & Mark. We love you!

You will be missed my friend! Happy landing on the flight we all must take!
