Very Sad
I was saddened to hear that Martin had passed away and would like to offer my condolences to his family.
Martin had been my optician for many years and I had always had a laugh and a joke with him whenever I visited his practice. He will be sorely missed.

I'm very sad and sorry that Mr Hoyle has died, I remember him well, and he always treated me with kindness and understanding when I visited his practice in Harrogate. I also remember Mr Dalton.
