Dear Mrs. Keane and the Keane family, I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Keane. He goes back in my memory for as long as I can remember. And good memories they are! Especially of him and my dad. I love the happy picture of him. Please accept my condolences, and my best wishes to all of you. I know you will miss him, but you'll treasure your memories of and time with him. God bless!

He truly was a delight to know, a true gentleman, and we so enjoyed chatting with him on Spring Lake boardwalk. Our deepest condolences to the whole family. He will certainly be missed.

I had the very pleasure of working for Mr. Keane beginning in 1986. One evening he was not able to be home to watch the Yankees when Phil Rizzuto was going to drop his name live on TV. I placed a VCR tape labeled “Holy Cow” in my VCR and waited for the magic. Stopped immediately thereafter and drove to the Keane family home and dropped it in their mailbox.
