Not sure what to say?

Dear Family,

How fortunate I am to know this warm and loving man. My heart is with you all.

Susan Nordlinger

Mary,

I've been away and am just getting this news. I'm so sorry. I'll remember Stephen with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. I don't think I ever saw him otherwise. He'll be missed.

Condolences to you and your family,

Marianne James

Dear Mary--we just heard about Stephen's passing--too late to attend the service. We are thinking about you at this difficult time. May his creative and joyful life be a blessing to you and your family.--Bob and Pam Guenzel

Destination Ann Arbor is PURE MICHIGAN

There are many things I know about Mr. Kerr, only because I am a volunteer with his widow, Mary. We met only once, but I could feel the warmth. I Hope for Peace and Love and Kindness to Mary Kerr at this challenging time. To me, I think the best tribute for Stephen would be a booth at The Original Ann Arbor Art Fair. God Bless.

Stephen was a tremendous teacher, mentor and friend. He was my home room teacher in 8th grade and was there for me when my own mother passed 30 years later. That says all you need to know about the kind of person he was.

Mary - the Matzinger family sends thoughts and prayers to you and your family.

Sending you love and prayers Ms. Mary.

Stephen left a mark on so many people, so many hearts- it's hard to believe he's no longer with us. So many memories over the years, beginning in high school. Sending thoughts, prayers and strength to all the Kerr/Rose families.

My condolences to the Kerr family. May the memories of Stephen comfort you during your time of grieving. God bless.
