KERSKER, Stephen M. 62, died Jan. 29, 2013. We honor him as a son, an uncle, a veteran, an advocate, a friend and our brother. Steve was loving, charismatic, annoying, humble, spiritual, bizarre, generous, happy, athletic, disciplined, intelligent, and brave. Well done, Steve. RIP. We'll meet you...
I met Stephen only once but have heard many stories through the years about his generosity and commitment to helping others. With compassion to the family for the loss of the Kersker brothers... Ann

I didn't know Steve well, I only met him a few times. But I felt I knew him because of the stories his dad told me about Stephen and all of the Kersker childre. My youngest son was named Steve. I knew he had problems like many of us do. However, I know that Stephen was a wonderful person who cared about others and helped as many as he could. When I would see him he was kind and loving. I'm glad that he can now be free from pain and see his mom, dad, And Peter again. RIP. You were a...

Will miss seeing your smiling face come into the Director's Office at Bay Pines. Loved your stories and hearing your progress throughout the years.
Know how much it meant to you to live with Polly and family these last months. What a great family you had! I will see coach McClay and be sure he is aware, as he thought so highly of you. Thoughts and prayers to all of your family.
