To the Kovach and Nelson families, my condolences to all of you. Doug was a special person for the Head Start Program. May he rest in peace

I moved from the area and everytime I would be home and run into Doug it was like a reunion of a dear friend. I express sincere sympathy to the Kovach and Nelson family. Fondly, Dr. Jean Crockett Faieta
