The last two houses Uncle Steve built over the lake were grand. I took my son Matt to look at them when he was about four years old. It had rained the day before and there was mud all over (such is a construction site). There were planks from the drive to the entry of one of the homes but it was not wide enough for two people to walk side-by-side so I put Matt in front of me and tried to guide him along.
