Not sure what to say?

Steve, The world is less good of a place without you. A gentleman and a true gentleman man.

He was a gentleman and a wonderful educator. I was lucky enough to have him as my home room and English teacher. My condolences to his family and loved ones.

So sorry for your loss. Mr. Kudless was my English teacher junior year at New Dorp. I remember his intelligence, patience, knowledge, humor and patience. May he rest in peace.

Steve is such a great guy! My brother Vin brought Steve over in my younger years. He was kind with good humor and so tall too! My prayers are for you as you experience grief . You are not alone. Love Mary Bellafiore Ewert

The feelings of loss when someone so well-loved leaves us can be overwhelming. Steve was a wise, funny and kind guy (and not just because he was my cousin). Cookouts at the lake were memorable, as well as his writings. I always looked for his name when reading Metropolitan Diary in the Sunday NY Times.

May Stephen rest in peace . He was very kind to me following the death of my wife Rhonda , who was a good friend and former co- worker of his wife Judy. at JHS #27. My Condolences to Judy, Stephen Jr. ,Lea , and the entire family.

A person I will never forget; his quiet ways of kindness, friendship, caring and love, my brother (in law). Hilarious, brilliant and creative, I enjoyed his plays, poems and short stories. Thanks for being there.

Many happy memories of times at upon lake

Gale and I send our prayers and condolences to Steve´s family and friends. Steve and his family have been an important part of our lives from his being Best Man at our wedding to raising children, sharing interests, exploits, and good times. He was a man of many parts. Rest in peace, Steve. With lovr, Gale and Vincent Bellafiore
