Sincerest condolences to the entire Kutny family. Steve was a wonderful man who is sorely missed. His love for his family; his wife Mary, his children and their spouses, and his grandchildren lit up his life. I think the role he was most proud of was "Bampy" he always had fun stories to share. He was the most giving man sharing his expertise, his time and energy to help anyone and everyone. He made Community Service Network (CSN) a better agency by being involved for over twenty years. ...

Condolences to the Kutny family. Steve was a wonderful person. Very quiet and unassuming. He certainly knew his business. I worked as a commissioner at the Woburn Housing Authority with Steve. He was always there to help. May he Rest In Peace.

So sad to hear of Steve’s passing. Such a great guy...as a fellow Section 8 Administrator I will never forget him. He never failed to be of help when called upon...always went above and beyond to answer questions...he would give good feedback and could be counted on to keep your confidence.
