Just heard the sad news. Steve rented apartments from me in Holyoke and South Hadley for years. He was very engaging, sincere, caring, a great guy. We talked about everything over the years. Didn´t know of his illness. Has been at least 20 years since we spoke. Unfortunately, we never got to play golf together.My deepest condolences to the entire family Jeff Epstein
