Not sure what to say?

So thankful to experience a retreat at Mount Madonna near Watsonville. If Stephen were with us leading a retreat now I would relish the opportunity. What a gift to have read his books and experienced this retreat.

My heartfelt gratitude for your work with the sick, the healthy and the dying. Thank you both for Who Dies?,which has given me solace in my life-long query into Who Dies.

My spiritual journey started when I read Who Dies, after my daughter died in a fire in 1990

Hi Andrea, I am leading a group on discussing death and dying. We are using Stephen's book. I read A Year to Live twenty five years ago. I am reading it again now in preparation for death. It is just as profound today as it was then. Please let me know your thoughts on how Stephen knew so much about the internal workings of what we experience as we die. This question keeps coming up in our group and I am unable to answer it. May you be well. gratefully, rochelle [email protected]

Dear Stephen ... you and Ondrea saved my spiritual and emotional and physical life. I am so sad that Stephen has passed on. You and Ram Dass and Ondrea helped to keep me going even when the going was really tough. You will always hold a special place in my heart and spirit. As I light this candle, I remember vividly your words

Having taken several seminars with you both, and read all of Stephens work; I can state that it was your encouragement that allowed me to keep my heart open in the hell I was in. Later owing to the compassion and wisdom you imparted, I became a social worker. You both saved me for the life I was born for.

I dedicate my work to you and other loved ones.

I am unable to find any words to thank you for allowing me to be open to the infinite space of the heart that we all...

Stephen. I just learned about your death. I cried. You were and still are always in my heart. My love to Onrea and your family.

Dear Family: I just found out about Stephen's passing. I send all of you my heart felt sympathy for your loss of such a compassionate, loving being. I enjoyed his work with Ram Dass. My God continue to bless your work with the dying. In love and peace.

Today. I just found out about your passing. I am shocked and dealing with my tears.

I am very grateful to you for helping me deal with death and dying. I attended several of your East Bay seminars. You have made a significant contribution to the quality and understanding of life. Thank you.

I shall miss you dearly, but know that you will always be there.
