STEPHEN LOCKLEY

I lived at both Kham House and Marpa Institute with Steve. At the institute we had a large motley collection of ordinary old plates and bowls, some cracked and chipped, for regular daily use. Steve showed me his college degree piece which was a superbly crafted bowl, white, cream and grey flecked in colour, a real work of art that would normally be on a special shelf and appreciated. I last heard from Stephen in January 2010. We used to email each other every three months or so over the last 5 years. I knew Stephen from Kham House days and I was also one of the Sugar Beeters. I have very fond memories of him and I will miss him. John. U.K. [email protected]
