Stephen Alex Makuch

Stephen passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018. Stephen was a resident of Saint Petersburg, Florida at the time of passing. Stephen graduated from Allegheny Clarion Valley High School in Foxburg, Pennsylvania in 1970. He was also well known for his rust removal technique using vinegar.
